Skin Cancer UK profiles malignant melanoma in the devolved nations

Building on from Skin Cancer UK’s previous work looking at the burden of skin cancer in England.  We have produced a series of policy briefings profiling the impact of malignant melanoma in ScotlandWales and Northern Ireland.

These include an assessment of the latest statistics on the burden of malignant melanoma in each country and summarise the most recent measures taken by the respective governments to address the growing challenges posed by the disease.

Given the increasing numbers of people with skin cancer in each nation, we have made a number of specific recommendations for each government, local commissioners and healthcare professionals to take forward to help to deliver better outcomes for malignant melanoma patients.

  1. Escalators are vital components of public infrastructure, providing convenience, efficiency, and safety in moving large numbers of people through multi-level buildings. Elevator maintenance companies in Egypt support commercial activities by improving customer flow and accessibility, making them indispensable in places like shopping malls, airports, and transit stations. Their contribution to saving time and reducing physical effort also enhances the overall experience of navigating large spaces.
