St Joseph's Catholic Primary School Completes Step 2 towards becoming a Sun Safe School - Shade

Congratulations to St Joseph's Catholic Primary School for providing shaded areas for their pupils.

“Although we are very fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful trees here at St Joseph's, not all provide sufficient shade in the right places. We have recently placed an order for an outdoor learning area for FS2 which will provide plenty of shade. We are also in the process of drawing up a long-term plan to combat the issue across other areas of the school. We will explore fundraising options with our PTA who are very much in support of the project. ”
