Congratulations to The Voyager Academy Nursery for issuing Sun Safety Fact Sheets to all their pupils. The Voyager Academy Nursery has also pledged to keep sun hats and sunscreen available for all their children and to act as role models with regard to sun safety:
“As new children start to attend the setting their parents will be informed about Sun safety through the parent information hand book. Every year parents will also be given the sun safety fact sheet along with the letter of participation. A copy of the Children's story will be kept in the book area. ”

“The nursery has a number of spare hats available for the children who require them. All children have their own personal sun cream which they keep at nursery through the summer months. Staff will role model sun safety awareness at all times. ”
